If you want to stand out to the crowd, attract attention of the hottest ladies in the room and capture the heart of that goddess of your desires, here are ten things you need to remember:

1. Be intriguing

have a story to tell, interests, have an adventurous spirit, get amongst it, get out there on the water, into the gym, kayak, play sport, live life with passion whether it’s building things, music or making a difference.

2. Be mysterious 

reveal each layer of yourself slowly. Let her discover you and your hidden talents!

3. Be good to your mum

Women love a man with good family values. Believe it or not when you take her to meet the family she is observing how you interact and treat your mother and sister.

4. Keep your cool

When on your date, don’t sweat the small stuff! Getting stressed out in traffic, waiting for a table or waiting for your order to arrive makes you look like hard work and a potential rage hazard.

Women love a relaxed man who takes control. So keep the situation light and calm. A girl loves to hear everything will be ok. 

5. Don't dredge up the ex 

We all have a past. There's no denying it. However, the past is the past for a reason. So before you divulge your history, and talk about how great or psychotic your ex was, ask yourself "Will this benefit my new relationship in any way?" Most likely not! Focus your energy on the new and look at what you would like to achieve. And never blame the ex or be a victim. It's a huge turn-off!

6. Be persistent - women love to be chased

Women love a persistent man. Give up too early and you could risk losing out on capturing her attention.  A sought after attractive woman will often have many men asking her out daily. By standing out with perseverance her attention will fall on you. I know so many women who won’t make the time to meet a man until she knows he is ultimately worth it - and persistence is a key indicator.

7. Be Spontaneous

Think outside the square. Be fun, daring take a chance and be unpredictable.

8. Listen to her - and show her you listened

Find out her passions. Is it a healthy lifestyle, the beach, the mountains, vineyards, the arts, music, travel?  Remember her favourite foods and activities. As you date, surprise her with one of her passions she will love you for it!

9. Smell good and be stylish

Women love a man that smells good! Keep fresh, splash on a sexy cologne, have clean nails, teeth and breath!! Keep your wardrobe updated too. No need to be a fashion guru, just ensure you have a nicely fitted suit, good jeans, nice shirts. It's amazing what a few good threads can do for a man. If in doubt, make friends with your local shop assistant for some style tips or better still, hire a stylist!

10. Be generous
