I’m about to give you some power. The body language interpretations I am sharing with you will ensue you have the upper hand when comes to reading the signs of whether your date is interested in you. 

Say good bye to women’s conflicting mixed signals between verbal and non-verbal communication and take control of the outcome of your date.

So what is body language?

Body Language are gestures of non verbal communication that involuntarily articulate deeper feelings. Albert Mehrabian, body language expert, found that:

• 55% of communication is in the form of body language,
• 38% is in the tone of a voice
• Only 7% of communication is in the form of words.

So how do you know if your hot date is into you?

Firstly look for signs of nervousness. Fidgeting with objects, adjusting clothes, hair, smiling and laughing are all good signs that she is interested. Now let’s get specific and reading women's body language helping you understand what her gestures really mean.

1. Eyes and lips contact

A deep gaze indicates confidence, chemistry is hot and she knows what she wants and it is you! This is reinforced if she licks her lips keeping them moist. If she is sliding her lips and biting them she is thinking what she could be doing with you. 

2. Her pupils

Watch her pupils, if she is interested her sympathetic nervous system, will involuntarily cause her pupils to dilate.  If her eyes are wandering around the room, it’s not a good sign she is not engaged and is looking for other stimulation, could your conversation be boring? Try to capture her with upbeat interesting conversation, ask her questions about herself, if that doesn’t work, it’s time to move on.

3. What she does with her hair

It’s in the fingers, is she is slowly gliding her fingers through her hair while looking at you, twirling her hair, throwing her hair back. If her actions are slow it indicates she is highly interested in you, if her movements are quick and jerky it is sign she is frustrated and impatient.  Try relaxing her with a light hearted joke.

4. Her fingers

Touching the edge of her glass with her fingers is a highly sexual sign found by Freudian Psychologist. Vigorously tapping away at the glass indicates she is impatient and would like to leave the date.

5. Her arms and hands

Leaning towards you with her openness in her posture indicated she is interested in you.

Look at the direction of her shoulders. If they are pointing towards you it’s a good sign she is interested in you.  Shoulders facing the opposite direction indicate she can’t wait to get away. 

If she is leaning away from you with her arms crossed this is a bad indication that she doesn’t trust you and is not comfortable.  Leaning with her chin in her hands leaning forward she is wondering does this guy deserve me?

6. Playfully touching you

If she touches your hand, chest, thighs she is letting you know where she likes to be touched.  Obviously don’t start to grope but do take not for the future, keep the mystery there and make her wonder if you feel the same. Now is the time to play it cool and make her work for you.

7. She gets closer 

This is a good indication she wants to feel you close, she is imagining what it would be like to be in your arms. Just take note and smile - you are in a good position.

8. She is smiling and laughing

If she smiles as she speaks to you, laughs at all your jokes and slightly tilts her head, job well done! You have captured her interest.

So remember watch her movements, as her body language will communicate to you more than her words  ever will and let the mystery of whether she is or isn’t interested will be revealed.  Have fun!
