WIN A $1000 LUXURY WEEKEND AWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1) Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2) This competition is being run by Blue Label Life (BLL), Level 29 Chifley Tower, Chifley Square NSW 2000.
3) People may enter the competition by referring a friend by responding to a targeted campaign email sent to existing BLL database members or, joining the BLL email database by responding to the targeted campaign email they receive or receiving entry invitation from our partner www.thenaomishow.com.
4) Entries must be submitted in response to the targeted email campaign by no later than 5.00pm on June, 30th 2010.
5) The competition commences at 9.00am on March, 30th 2010, and concludes at 5.00pm on June, 30th 2010.
6) Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity.
7) The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 or over excluding the (BLL) employees, their families, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with the competition. One person can refer up to 5 friends. For every friend who joins the database, that person will receive one entry. Every new member to join will also receive one entry.
8). Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the BLL, the associated companies and contractors of the BLL and any other agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
9). An entry that is incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. The BLL reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or claims for the prizes and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry of claim for a prize which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10).The prize consists of: 1 x $1000 Getaway to the Eco point Murramarang Resort. Each entrant will be contacted to receive a $50 travel voucher to be used with Spence and Travel Associates.
11). The Getaway to eco point resort is valid for 12 months from July 8th, 2010 and cannot be redeemed for cash or can be used in any other way.
12). The winner of the competition will be determined by random draw. The draw will take place at 12.00pm on 30th June, 2010 at BLL office Level 29, Chifley Tower, Chifley Square NSW 2000.
13). The Winner will be notified by telephone within two days of the draw. The name and address of the winners will also be posted on the website of www.bluelabellife.com.au and www.naomishow.com
14). The winner must contact the Eco point Murramarang Resort within the valid 12 month period stated above to collect the prize not collecting within specified time will result in the prize to be forfeited.
15). By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the BLL from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the BLL or that the BLL may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
16). Privacy Statement.
(i). All survey questions details personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of BLL. All survey question detailing personal information and preferences will remaining anonymous, apart from the name, of the ultimate winner. A request to access, update correct or remove any information should be directed to that office.
(ii). By entering the competition, unless otherwise stated by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and Blue Label Life may use this information in any media for future marketing and publicity purposes, including using this information in delivering marketing communications on behalf of the BLL via mail, email or SMS for future marketing and publicity purposes, including for the purposes of conducting trade promotions and to announce the winning entrant without any future reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
