Terms and Conditions
*The Rochefort suit will be tailor made and up to a maximum value of $1000. It can only be chosen from a participating store.
1. This competition closes at 15 November, 2009
2. Open to all Australian residents aged 25 or over excluding the promoter's employees, their families, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Only one entry is allowed per person, no bulk or third party entries.
4. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside BLL’s control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. BLL retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. The winner will be notified by phone call. The winner is required to accept the prize on the day of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, BLL will re-draw and select a new winner (the same acceptance period will apply for the new winner).
8. The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available.
9. The winner will be selected at random.
10. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity.
11. BLL cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the promotion. Nothing shall exclude BLLs liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
12. The promotion will be governed by Australian law.
